Terms of Service

By using ItiGlobo, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and fair. If something does not make sense, please reach out — we're happy to explain.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ItiGlobo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person, please.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate others.

When you create itineraries, posts, comments, or other content on ItiGlobo:

• You own it. Your content belongs to you.
• You give ItiGlobo permission to display and share it inside the app based on your privacy and sharing settings.
• You are responsible for making sure you have the right to post what you upload.
• You can delete your content or account anytime from your account settings.

• Only upload photos, videos, text, or media you own or have permission to use.
• Do not copy or plagiarize another creator’s itinerary, content, or media.
• ItiGlobo may remove infringing material at its discretion.
• Repeat violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

ItiGlobo provides tools to:

• Create and organize plans
• Build daily, weekend, and multi-day itineraries
• Discover nearby experiences
• Save and share plans
• Collaborate with friends
• Explore community-created ideas

ItiGlobo is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep the service running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or for any plans that do not work out as expected.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Guidelines.

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we may notify users through the app, website, or email. Continued use of ItiGlobo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
